SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll notify you if there's a significant delay.

Please note that some items are made to order and may require additional production time before shipping.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Split Shipments Some orders may ship in multiple packages from different fulfillment partners and arrive on different dates. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

5. International Shipping We ship to select countries internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are non-refundable.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at kimiandherdad.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

For damaged items, please include photos of the damage in your message.

7. Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at kimiandherdad.com — we can only make changes before the order is fulfilled.
